Once a month, lasts for 3 days (typically Tuesday 00:00 ~ Thursday 23:59).
Rotates by season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter). Fish will appear in two or all seasons; participating in 3 seasons is enough to cover all fish species.

Fishing Gear

Normal Ice Fishing
Consumes Bait (starts at 5, +1 every 3 hours, stops increasing at the cap of 10, so make sure to consume them in time). Gear effects are based on your actual upgraded levels. Only use the Lantern tool to ensure descending depth and farm points for daily upgrades.

Operation Techniques
Edge Method: Hug the hook to the far left or far right edge of the screen while descending. This effectively reduces collisions with fish, but stay alert for small fish that suddenly accelerate.
Center Method: Descend the hook from the middle of the screen to reserve more dodging space on the left and right, which is especially helpful for reacting to small fish that suddenly accelerate.
High Score & Leaderboard Tips
Treasure Chart + Horn of Poseidon + Ice Fishing Voucher combined: This guarantees 1x 5-star fish and 1-2x 4-star fish, coupled with the voucher's 1.5x score multiplier, maximizing your points.
Restart Mechanism: If you quit before the settlement screen, you can re-enter and restart. The fish types will not change, but their positions will.
Normal Ice Fishing Restart: Memorabilia and 2-star Divers WILL change upon restarting. You can use this method repeatedly to farm and complete the Memorabilia and Diver collection (Archive).
Event Start Phase: Prioritize using Treasure Charts (which auto-max your gear to Lv. 10) to earn points and quickly upgrade your actual fishing gear to the maximum level, thereby maximizing your points in Normal Ice Fishing.
Gear Upgrade Order: Hook first (more fish means more points), then Line (to explore high-score fish), and finally Sinker.
F2P players should accumulate a certain amount of Treasure Charts and Horns of Poseidon over time before attempting to push the leaderboard.
